General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of Architecture Design, Construction, and Interior Services provided by Civilarch Group to its clients. By engaging our services, clients ("You" or "Client") acknowledge and agree to these Terms in full.
Civilarch Group reserves the right to amend, modify, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of those changes.
Scope of Services
The scope of services provided by Civilarch Group includes:
- Architecture Design — Conceptualization, planning, and creation of architectural drawings and plans as per the client's needs and specifications.
- Construction — Turnkey construction services, including site preparation, material procurement, labor management, and complete project execution.
- Interior Design — Interior design services, including layout planning, space optimization, furniture design, and decor implementation.
Each project will have a detailed scope of work outlined in the Project Agreement, specifying the timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
Project Agreement
Upon agreeing to proceed with the service, a Project Agreement will be drafted between Civilarch Group and the client. The agreement will specify:
- The specific services being provided (e.g., design, construction, interior work).
- Cost estimates, payment schedules, and any necessary upfront payments.
- Timeline for completion of each project phase.
- Permits and Approvals — Civilarch Group will assist the client in obtaining all necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities for the project.
The Project Agreement serves as the legal contract for the project and supersedes any verbal discussions or prior written communications.
Service Delivery Commitments
We are committed to delivering services in a professional, efficient, and timely manner. Our commitment to the client includes:
- High-Quality Standards — Ensuring that the design, construction, and interior works comply with local standards, codes, and regulations.
- Timely Completion — We will make every reasonable effort to complete the project as per the agreed timeline. Delays caused by external factors such as weather, supply chain issues, or government delays are not our responsibility.
- Transparency — Regular updates will be provided to the client regarding project progress. In case of unforeseen issues, the client will be notified promptly.
We do not assume responsibility for any project-related delays or issues caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest).
Payment Terms
Payments for our services must be made as per the agreed payment schedule in the Project Agreement. The payment terms may include:
- Advance Payment — Typically required to initiate the project, which may vary depending on the scale of the service.
- Milestone Payments — Payments due upon completion of specific stages of the project, as outlined in the Project Agreement.
- Final Payment — Due upon completion of the project, after all services are delivered and the client has signed off on the final work.
Changes to Project Scope
Any requests for changes to the initial project scope must be communicated to Civilarch Group in writing. Additional costs and time extensions, if applicable, will be discussed and agreed upon before the changes are implemented. Clients will be provided with updated cost estimates and timelines for any scope changes.
Client's Responsibilities
To ensure smooth project execution, clients must:
- Provide accurate information regarding the requirements, preferences, and expectations for the project.
- Ensure timely approvals of the design, drawings, or any project-related materials.
- Obtain any additional permissions or approvals needed for the project, such as from local authorities or building associations.
- Provide access to the site or property as needed, ensuring safe working conditions for the team.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This includes, but is not limited to, architectural plans, construction methods, pricing, and internal communications.
Quality Assurance & Inspections
Civilarch Group will conduct regular quality checks throughout the project phases. Upon completion of each phase, a client inspection will be conducted to ensure the work aligns with the agreed specifications.
If any work does not meet the agreed standards, the client must report these discrepancies to Civilarch Group within 7 days of completion for necessary rectification at no additional cost.
Warranties and Guarantees
Civilarch Group offers a limited warranty on the workmanship of construction and interior services. The warranty typically covers:
- Structural Integrity — For the agreed-upon period, typically 1–5 years, depending on the type of work.
- Interior Works — Includes defects due to faulty materials or labor for up to 1 year.
This warranty does not cover damages caused by the client, external factors, or misuse of the facilities.
Limitation of Liability
Civilarch Group shall not be held liable for any:
- Indirect damages, such as loss of business or profit.
- Third-party issues, such as sub-contractor delays or product defects.
- Natural disasters or accidents occurring during or after the project completion.
In case of any damage or injury arising directly from Civilarch Group's work, liability will be limited to the value of the contracted services or the cost of rectification.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform their obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, floods, or earthquakes.
- Labor strikes, lockouts, or civil disturbances.
- Governmental regulations, restrictions, or delays in permit approvals.
Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the project if:
- There is a material breach of the terms by the other party.
- Non-payment or consistent delay in payments by the client.
- Inability to proceed with the project due to force majeure events or any situation beyond control.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from the Architecture Design, Construction, and Interior Services will be resolved as per the dispute resolution clause in the Project Agreement. Both parties agree to attempt an amicable resolution through dialogue and, if necessary, seek arbitration or legal action under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
Governing Law
The terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the legal framework of Indian law.

Offers, Discounts, Schemes & Promotional Campaigns
Civilarch Group may, from time to time, offer various promotions, discounts, schemes, and special campaigns (collectively referred to as "Offers"). These Offers are provided at the discretion of Civilarch Group and may be subject to specific conditions. By participating in any such Offer, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
Offers are available to new and existing clients and may be subject to specific eligibility criteria, such as:
- Geographical location (e.g., offers may be available only in certain regions).
- Project type or size (e.g., offers may apply only to large-scale construction or design projects).
- Contract value (e.g., minimum contract value may be required to avail of certain offers).
Eligibility criteria will be clearly stated for each Offer and are subject to verification.
The validity of any Offer is limited to a specified time period, which will be clearly mentioned in the promotional material. Once the Offer period has expired, Civilarch Group reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Offer, and clients will not be eligible to claim the Offer beyond the specified period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Each Offer will have specific terms, including but not limited to:
- Discount Percentage or Amount — The percentage or fixed discount applicable on the agreed contract value.
- Additional Services — Free or discounted services such as free consultation, design revisions, or project management support.
- Payment Terms — Specific payment schedules may be adjusted for certain Offers.
Offers cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions unless explicitly stated.
- Claiming an Offer — Clients must inform Civilarch Group at the time of signing the Project Agreement to avail themselves of an Offer. The Offer will be incorporated into the Agreement.
- Applicability — Offers are only applicable to services directly offered by Civilarch Group and may not extend to third-party services, products, or subcontractors.
- Non-transferable — Offers are not transferable to other clients, projects, or service providers.
- Non-Refundable — Discounts or benefits received under any Offer are non-refundable and will not apply to future projects.
- Modification or Cancellation — Civilarch Group reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any Offer at any time without prior notice.
- Unforeseen Circumstances — In case of force majeure events, Civilarch Group reserves the right to suspend or reschedule the Offer.
- Advertising Materials — Certain campaigns may require clients to submit testimonials, share project details, or permit the use of project images for promotional purposes.
- Promotional Gifts or Benefits — Certain campaigns may offer promotional gifts, the value of which will be clearly communicated in the campaign details.
- Promotional Codes or Coupons — Codes must be used within the specified timeframe; unused codes will be void after expiration.
Civilarch Group reserves the right to refuse any Offer if eligibility criteria are not met or if the client fails to comply with the specified terms and conditions.
