Foundations of a Dream: How Civilarch Was Started
Civilarch Group was founded by two college friends Saurabh Pandey and Vikas Patel , who, during their early careers handling independent design and construction Project, noticed a recurring problem — clients were overwhelmed by having to coordinate separately with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors. To solve this, they envisioned a single, streamlined platform that offers complete architecture, interior design, and construction solutions under one roof. This idea led to the birth of Civilarch Group, a tech-enabled startup that is now redefining the Design & construction experience across India by making the entire process simpler, smarter, and stress-free.
Er. Saurabh Pandey – Civilarch’s Chief Problem Solver
Er. Saurabh is the Co-founder & CEO of CivilArch Group and holding a Degree in Civil Engineering with 9 years of experience in the Construction field (in MNC) .He is managing all the operations of the company and ensures that there is steady growth in the company and its profits. He is one of the decision makers of the company with planning strategies and overseeing their implementation. He also coordinates with all departments to ensure that all things are working smoothly. He collaborates closely with the heads of departments to make sure that no department exceeds its budget.
Er. Vikas Patel —Mastermind of Management & Growth
Er. Vikas is the Co-founder & COO of Civilarch Group and holding a Degree in Civil Engineering with 9 years of experience in the Designing & Project Management , As COO He is responsible for strategic focus and business performance. He is directly involved with quality initiatives including design excellence, sustain-ability , research and technical delivery; he oversees Company growth, diversification and development; and he defines the company business objectives for performance, collaborative operations and staff development.
Ar. Anamika — The Design Queen of Civilarch
Ar. Anamika , holding a Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) and Master of Planning (M.Plan) from NIT Jaipur, is the Chief Design Officer at Civilarch Group. She brings extensive experience in designing community spaces, educational environments, healthcare facilities, commercial projects, and historic preservation.
Anamika is known for her innovative approach to design, focusing on unique concepts and effective spatial arrangements. Her work combines creativity with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment, resulting in designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally superior.

Started in 2015 with a simple idea and big dreams — today, CivilArch Group stands tall as a symbol of innovation, trust, and excellence in Design & construction across India.
2015 – The Vision Takes Root
Civilarch Group was founded by two visionary college friends, Vikas Patel and Saurabh Pandey, who identified a critical gap in the construction ecosystem. With a mission to streamline the design, construction, and interior process, they envisioned a one-stop platform that would simplify the way India builds.
2017 – Official Launch in Varanasi
With the divine blessings of Lord Shiva, Civilarch officially began operations in Varanasi. From day one, our focus was on delivering high-quality, integrated services that combined architectural innovation with construction excellence.
2018 – Government Footprint Begins
We achieved a key milestone by securing our first government project and earning recognition as an authorized design consultant for Indian Railways—marking our entry into the public sector.
2019 – Landmark Projects & State Engagement
Our journey took a historic turn as we contributed to the prestigious Vishwanath Temple Corridor project. Simultaneously, we began offering land survey services to Rajkiye Nirman Nigam & PSP Project .
2020 – Technology Meets Construction
Civilarch proudly began its journey in Lucknow and was recognized as India’s No.1 Tech-Powered Design & Construction Company in North India, validating our commitment to modernizing and digitizing the construction industry.
2021 – Resilience in Crisis
Amid the global pandemic, we remained committed to our clients and employees. Delivering over 100 projects during this challenging time, we safeguarded jobs and built a stronger, future-ready organization.
2022 – Geographic & Sector Expansion
We expanded into Hapur and Delhi, entering new verticals including commercial complexes, hospitality, and healthcare projects—diversifying our expertise and reach.
2023 – Scaling Across Uttar Pradesh
With regional offices in Varanasi, Lucknow, and Noida, Civilarch began serving clients across Uttar Pradesh. We secured over 20 contracts from North Eastern Railways (NER) and proudly delivered our first 100-bed hospital project.
2024 – Structured Growth & Infrastructure Leadership
Today, Civilarch Group stands as a fully structured company, managing large-scale infrastructure and healthcare projects—such as the Railway Station redevelopment in Varanasi and multiple hospital ventures—cementing our position as a leader in design and construction innovation.
