1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the Referral Program (“Program”) provided by Civilarch Group, a venture of Spanhaus Design & Construction Pvt Ltd. By participating in the Program, you (“Referrer” or “Referred”), agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Program Overview

Referral Rewards: The Referrer (person referring) can earn cashback for each successful referral that leads to a project conversion. The Referee (person being referred) can enjoy a flat 15% discount on a Next Design Service voucher from Civilarch Group upon meeting certain conditions.

3. Benefits for Referee (Person Being Referred)

Next Design Service Voucher: The Referee is eligible to receive a flat 15% off voucher for Next Design Service from Civilarch Group upon payment of 5% of the overall project value or commencement of construction, whichever occurs earlier.

Eligibility for Voucher: The voucher is only available once the Referee makes the necessary payment or construction starts, as per the terms outlined above.

Completion of Project Milestone: The Referee is entitled to the voucher upon the successful conversion of the project, defined as the completion of the slab of the ground floor of the project.

Cashback for Referee: The cashback reward will be processed and disbursed within two weeks after the successful conversion of the project.

4. Benefits for Referrer (Person Referring)

Cashback Rewards: The Referrer is entitled to cashback based on the successful conversion of the referred project. The cashback amounts are as follows:

For Turnkey Construction & Turnkey Interior Design Services :-

Cashback Disbursement: The cashback for the Referrer will be transferred within two weeks after the successful conversion of the project, with 50% of the project payment due at the time of project confirmation and the remaining 50% upon project completion.

5. Terms for Referrals

Successful Conversion: A referral will be considered successful when the Referee’s project reaches the milestone of completion of the slab of the ground floor.

Referral Limit: The Referrer can refer unlimited individuals in a given year. There is no upper limit to the number of people a Referrer can refer.

Offer Validity:

• Next Design Service Voucher: The voucher is valid until 30th March  2026. After this date, the voucher will no longer be available.

• All other benefits for both Referrer and Referee will remain valid as per the offer’s specified terms.

6. Payment Terms

Payment Method: All cashbacks and voucher amounts will be paid through direct account transfers only. Cashbacks will be processed after the successful conversion of the referred project.

Discount Application: The Next Design Service voucher will be applied to the final milestone of the project’s payment schedule.

7. Exclusions and Limitations

• Non-Applicability of Multiple Offers: Multiple offers, discounts, or schemes cannot be combined for a single referral. The Referrer or Referee can only avail of one offer at a time.

• Geographical Restrictions: This Referral Program is valid only in cities where Civilarch Group operates. The program is not valid in areas outside of this scope.

• Modification of Terms: Civilarch Group reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to amend the Program Terms based on business needs.

• Interpretation of Terms: In case of any ambiguity or confusion in the terms, the rights to interpret the offering shall lie exclusively with Civilarch Group.

8. Referral Program Conditions

Referrer’s Responsibility: The Referrer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct, complete, and accurate. Any false or incomplete details may result in disqualification from the Program.

Referee’s Eligibility: The Referee must meet the conditions specified to avail of the benefits, such as payment milestones and construction commencement. If these conditions are not met, the Referee will not be eligible for the Next Design Service voucher.

No Cash Redemption: The cashback rewards or vouchers provided under this Program cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any alternative product or service.

9. Dispute Resolution

Dispute Handling: Any disputes related to the Referral Program will be resolved according to the laws governing Civilarch Group, and the decision of Civilarch Group shall be final in case of any ambiguity or disagreements.

10. Privacy and Data Security

Data Usage: By participating in this Referral Program, both Referrer and Referee consent to the collection, use, and storage of personal data by Civilarch Group for the purposes of processing and managing the referral and related benefits.

11. Final Terms

Termination: Civilarch Group reserves the right to terminate the Referral Program at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason, including but not limited to abuse or misuse of the Program by any participant.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising from the Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi.
