Repair and Replacement

Repairs or replacements will be performed at the sole discretion of Civilarch Group, based on the availability of materials and products. If the original materials are unavailable, Civilarch Group reserves the right to substitute them with similar or upgraded options. The customer may incur additional charges for any replacement or upgrade.


Construction Warranty:

Workmanship

Civilarch Group guarantees the workmanship on all construction services for a period of 12 months from the handover date. This warranty covers defects arising from faulty workmanship, but excludes defects caused by external factors such as natural disasters, soil settlement, or misuse.

Structural Components

  • RCC Structure & Foundation: The warranty covers structural failures in load-bearing components directly resulting from faulty workmanship for 10 years.

All Other Furniture

This warranty covers solid wood, upholstered, and metal furniture provided by Civilarch Group. It excludes natural wood characteristics like grain variations, color changes, mineral streaks, or knots, as well as normal wear and tear. Additionally, damage caused by misuse or external factors is not covered.

Civilarch Group guarantees the quality and workmanship of all construction services provided. The warranty covers defects or issues arising directly from faulty craftsmanship or materials, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Structural Integrity: Coverage for structural defects in foundations, walls, and roofing due to faulty construction for a period of 10 years. This warranty covers only structural failure directly caused by defective workmanship and does not cover issues arising from external factors such as settling, moisture movement, or environmental conditions.

  • Masonry & Plastering: Coverage for major cracks in masonry work caused by construction errors within 1 year from the completion date. Minor hairline cracks, often caused by the natural settling of the structure, are not covered.

  • Waterproofing: Civilarch Group provides a 5-year warranty for waterproofing solutions provided by us, including basements, terraces, and wet areas. The warranty covers defects related to material failure or installation issues but excludes damage caused by structural movement, external factors, or improper maintenance.

  • Plumbing & Electrical Systems: A 2-year warranty for plumbing and electrical systems installed by Civilarch Group. This covers defects in wiring, switches, and plumbing fixtures. It excludes damage caused by misuse or third-party interventions.

  • Anti-Termite Treatment: A 3-year warranty for termite control in areas treated by Civilarch Group, including basements, wooden structures, and other vulnerable areas.

  • Modular Furniture: Coverage for defects in workmanship or material failure for a period of 5 years. This includes issues such as peeling laminates, broken hinges, or malfunctioning drawers due to poor craftsmanship.

  • Cabinetry & Shelving: Coverage for defects in construction and installation for a period of 5 years, including issues like loose doors, broken shelves, or unaligned parts. Normal wear from usage or damage due to misuse is not covered.

  • Flooring: Coverage for defects in floor installation, including issues like cracking tiles, misalignment, or lifting floors, for a period of 2 years. This does not include wear and tear due to regular usage or damages caused by external factors such as moisture or improper maintenance.

  • Paint & Wall Finishes: Civilarch Group guarantees paint finishes and wall treatments for a period of 1 year, covering issues like peeling or fading. Exclusions include damage from physical impacts, moisture, or neglect.

  • Upholstery & Furnishings: The warranty on upholstery is limited to defects in materials or stitching for a period of 1 year. It does not cover issues such as fading, softening, or damage caused by improper cleaning or rough handling.

  • Exclusions:

    • Damage caused by external factors such as water damage, humidity, or accidents.

    • Natural wear and tear resulting from everyday use, such as scratches, stains, or fading.
